Goodbyes

I'm rather proud of myself. I passed in the project on time and I got a great grade. I hope that everyone else did as well. Each time I was told I would have to take this class I wasn't very excited but in the end I realize that I've actually learned something. Its been great getting to know all of my fellow classmates and I wish you all good luck in your college experience. Hope to see some of you in my future classes. I finally finished my paper. I didn't think that I would ever get done but now that its over its almost like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I hope that everyone else is doing well with their paper. I don't know whether I can say that taking this class has made me a better writer. I'm just glad that its over. Good luck to everybody. Almost at the end!!!

Wow I can't believe that we are in week eight. It has gone by so fast. Hope everyone is doing good on their final project. I know that I have a lot of corrections and adjustments to make. I found this weeks discussion really interesting. I like using the paramedic method . This was the first time using it and it was very helpful. Even though we only had to submit one paragraph I found myself going through my whole draft. Hopefully my ending result will be good.

My little girl started kindergarten this week. Boy does it make me feel old. One of the things that her tearch asded me to start was reading a book every night but its so hard to get Maddie to relax and listen. All she seems to do is look at the pictures. Does anybody have any advice on how to get her to start to relax?

Finally done!!!

I finally finished my rough draft. I didn't think that I was going to pass it in on time. Every time I had a quiet moment the kids would come and ruined it. I hope that I get a good grade. Thank you everyone for your comments on my last post. I'm going to give some of your suggestions a try.

Writer's Block

I've got writers block this week. I've tried all of the prewriting techniques and just can't come up with anything. If I don't start writing my draft I'm going to get behind again.

Thoughts......

I think that I am finally getting the hang of writing a research paper. I'm starting to remember the steps that I learned in College Comp. I. Maybe there is hope for me.
I'm also starting to get into writing in this blog. I'm not one of those that likes to be open on the intenet but this isn't that bad. Its a way of express things.
